8 Weeks of Insanity



I always tell the girls and guys in my bootcamps to change it up if they really hate a program.


I think there is a difference between being challenged and really hating something. For me, I've always liked working out. I don't always like being challenged the way Insanity challenged me.


But I stuck with it. I kept going and because of that I have gained so much mental toughness and I have continued proving to myself that I am capable of doing hard things.


These are my results from doing 8 weeks of insanely hard body weight workouts! I think I maxed out every single workout!


I did not strictly follow the meal plan, and I still saw my body change over these last eight weeks.


Consistency is the key! You don't have to be perfect, you will still see results over time! Take a look at the difference between me last year and me today!
