At Home Workouts





Post ACL surgery -> down 20 lbs. -> 28 weeks pregnant


Ya know what’s funny?


When I started using beachbody I thought at home workouts were a joke.


I declined my coach and signed myself up without a coach so I could just learn the nutrition basics then cancel.


I was so bummed I did!


I realized right away that I was getting so much less out of the whole platform.

I wasn’t coaching, I wasn’t a part of an accountability group, & I didn’t have a coach to ask for help.


I quickly canceled that!

Joined my coach as a coach & started with a focus on nutrition.

At the time I had just had ACL reconstruction surgery so I couldn’t work out.


Once I was able to workout I gave these at home/on the go workouts a shot & I was hooked!


For me it was a no brainer.

This was cheaper than a gym membership & I was able to take it everywhere.

I was able to take it to all the places I traveled for work.

I was able to take it with me while I moved 3 times in 2 years 🥴😅

I was able to stay consistent with my health, feel good, get results, & stay sane.
