I just finished week 6 of my barre program and man oh man we leveled up this week. I honestly never thought I'd like barre or feel like I got a good workout from it. Boy was I wrong!

Do you ever have a sweet tooth but don't want to go off your meal plan? Try this Snickers yogurt bowl!
Ingredients
¾ c Greek yogurt
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dark chocolate chips
6 drops caramel extract (or more, to taste)
Instructions
Put Greek yogurt into a bowl and mix in powdered peanut butter.
Stir in honey and caramel extract until blended well.
Top with dark chocolate chips … and enjoy!
