How to Lose Weight without Exercising

I was afraid of getting fat.


I had just found out I tore my ACL and I was going to be getting surgery that takes 6-12 months to recover from.


I was scared.

Not about the surgery or recovery but about gaining weight and losing all my muscle.


All my life I worked out so I could eat and if I ate more than I should have I just worked out more.


I had known for a while I needed to get help with nutrition because doing it on my own and counting calories was not cutting it.


I came across an old friends social media and found out she was following some meal plan and at home workout plan.

At the time I was 💯 convinced at home workouts were a joke so I knew the only way she was getting these incredible results was from her nutrition plan.


I imagined myself doing nothing for the next 6 months and worried about my cute business clothes not fitting.

I imaged how uncomfortable I was going to feel pulling my pants up over the lower belly roll I get every time I gain weight.

I imagined the amount of money I’d have to spend on getting a wardrobe that would be flattering and leave a good first impression in my new job.


And I imagined how I would feel if that didn’t happen.

If instead I invested in the nutrition plan that my friend was using.

If instead of constantly going up and down with new fads and holiday seasons, what she used actually works for me & I get sustainable results.


Then I took a leap of faith.

I decided I was sick of figuring it out in my own, and I trusted her.

I trusted her plan.

I invested & in the long run saved money on new clothes and gained a heck of a lot of confidence along the way.


I think the best thing I gained from that investment was that I wasn’t scared about gaining weight during my pregnancy.

I was actually excited about the opportunity to lose it again and to see massive progress like I saw when I started.


Now, I pay it forward.

I help you create a sustainable lifestyle that gives you flexibility without the fear of losing all of the progress you made every holiday/vacation.

I help you feel good in your skin & actually want to be in the pictures.
