Motherhood is not a job

Motherhood is not a job…

It’s easy to get overwhelmed in motherhood.

It’s easy to want to define it as a job because it takes a lot of work.

It is so much more than a job though

It is a vocation.

It is a calling.

It is being a teacher.

It is being a caretaker.

It is giving everything you have to another person.

You finish jobs.

You never really finish being a mom or a parent.

I am done thinking of motherhood as a job.
